- Quinoa or brown rice bowl with grilled chicken or tofu, roasted vegetables, avocado, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Omelet with spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes, served with a green salad or a side of whole-grain toast.
- Greek yogurt with fresh berries, granola, and a drizzle of honey.
- Tuna salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
- Lentil or quick vegetable soups, like pumpkin, zucchini, or cauliflower
- Turkey or chicken lettuce wraps with avocado, cucumber, sprouts, and shredded carrots.
- Baked sweet potato topped with black beans, salsa, and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
- Salmon or shrimp stir-fry with mixed vegetables and brown rice.

- Porridge is quick and easy to make, serve it sweet with berries, or poached fruit and yoghurt. Try it savoury, by replacing milk with stock and swapping the sweet fruits for soft vegetables like green onions, zucchini, and mushrooms.
